Raw materials supplying goes on ISO9001 Quality Management System strictly. We choose the producer who provides the raw materials strictly and excellent. Most of them are international famous raw materials manufactures whose annual production capacity is more than 10 billion dollars. We have already set up “supplier archive” and more than 240 providers are list in “qualified supplier list”, most of them have passed ISO9001: 2000 International Quality Assurance System, so we have stability suppliers and accessories. Supplying department goes by “outsourcing parts, jointly produced parts detailed list” and “outsourcing parts, jointly produced parts detailed list technical requirement”.
The period of customization device supplying is 15 days per batch, domestic device is 7 days per batch, and overseas from 7 to 20 days per batch. Products and various materials can transport by general railway, highway and air transportation. The amount of raw materials stock is 500 sets.

The quality department checks on strictly the quality of the raw materials according to “stock inspection rule” and “outsourcing parts, jointly produced parts detailed list technical requirement”, the device not up to standard is refused to be put in storage.
Producing workers must examine by oneself and examine each other strictly on every craft process in the production technological process. After the key process of single-board and the complete machine is debugged, the quality department examines strictly by “working procedure inspection rule”, writes down in “working procedure flow card ” and “complete machine debugging procedure inspection list”. The finished product measuring is mainly based upon “product inspection rule” and YZB/Su 0182-2002 “Product Standard for Registered Medical Device”, including appearance, performance requirement (detecting depth, resolving power, geometry position precision, blind area, etc.), safety requirement (ground resistance, dielectric strength, current leakage to earth/ casing/ patient, etc.) and packaging. Performance index measuring adopts the ultrasonic module of high accuracy imitative tissue according to “GB10152 B model ultrasonic diagnose instrument”. To ensure the products safety, safety index measuring adopts earth resistance tester, reveal current tester, able to bear pressing tester and so on, in the light of national standard GB9706.1-1995 and GB9706.1-1997.
